All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of InSync Business Connections stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Australian Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We retain the right to modify and / or update our terms of business, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We will endeavour to keep our website current on modifications / updates to our Terms.

On occasion, addendums to Terms & Conditions may be required for Individual memberships with agreement from both parties.
Membership:
This website and its’ contents are designed to comply with Australian, state and federal business legislation within Australia only. Membership to INSYNC BUSINESS CONNECTIONS, including directory listings, members forum and other areas of the site, is designed for businesses residing and operating in Australia.

We may allow membership to applicants outside of Australia at our discretion:

Membership is restricted to persons over the age of 16 and at the sole discretion of INSYNC BUSINESS CONNECTIONS.

Prior to approval of membership proof of age may be required and all membership approvals are at the discretion of management of INSYNC BUSINESS CONNECTIONS.

You assure us that all information provided by you to INSYNC BUSINESS CONNECTIONS is accurate and current.

You will have sole responsibility of maintaining and updating all account information of your membership and business listing as well as contact details and changes in business status of any kind.

Not to upload, post, email, or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses etc:

You agree that any illegal, obscene, threatening, vulgar, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material you might encounter on our website, for which we will not be liable.

You warrant that the material you upload to the website does not infringe any third party’s rights, be it copyright or other rights.

You agree not to conduct yourself in an offensive manner while using our service and/or our web site.

You agree not to post statements that are illegal, obscene, threatening, vulgar, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable to us or other users.

You agree to respect other members and will not Harass, stalk or continue unwelcome contact.

You agree that by posting information on our site, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, reproduce, or modify that information.

You agree not to promote or engage in pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk mail or spamming using our services.
Membership payments:

Membership payments are made through InSync Business Connections’ preferred suppliers.
-
Debits will automatically be drawn on the appropriate renewal date unless you choose to cease the arrangement.

If cancelling your membership prior to the end of the contract period, your access will be removed at the end of the contract period.

No refunds will be given for any memberships or plans paid for but not used.

Where a debit fails to run, due to insufficient funds, card expiry or any other reason, your membership listing may be cancelled and removed.
Member’s directory listing:
Our Member Directory is for all members wanting to promote their companies’ products, services or for networking with other member companies, subject to the following terms:

Your directory listing must clearly (in English) define its purpose, products and / or service.

We reserve the right to edit any / all Members directory listings due to the following but not limited to.

Offensive / unpleasant language, images, descriptions or inferences
-
Illegal misuse of any kind, in any way
-
Anti-social comments or suggestions
-
Misrepresentation
-
We reserve the right to remove and/or edit content at any time without notice if it is deemed to contravene these Terms or accepted social etiquette.

Networking with other members is done in good faith and on a mutually agreed basis.
Businesses are listed on this site in alphabetical order or any order determined by InSync Business Connections. If a business cancels their membership, they will be removed from the business listing and lose their spot in the business listing order. All listings are subject to InSync Business Connections approval and are at our discretion. Your listing will be removed from InSync Business Connections website if we discover broken links, illegal activity or content, rude, offensive or pornographic content without notice.

Resource Listing:
Our resource library (The Resource Room) is available to all service-based B2B (business to business) business owners who want to promote their lead magnets, e-books, courses, podcasts, Facebook groups, workshops and any other resource we decide to include on our site.
​
InSync Business Connections reserves the right to decline and remove any listing on the site at our discretion without consultation with the business owner and without notification.
​
There are 3 listing packs available:

One Resource - you can add one (free or paid) resource to the site.

Three Resources - you can add three (free or paid) resources to the site.

Five Resources - you can add five (free or paid) resources to the site.

If you are found to have added more listings that what you have paid for, all of your listings will be removed without notice.
Your listing is subject to the following terms:

Your resource listing must clearly (in English) define its purpose, products and / or service.

We reserve the right to edit any / all resource listings due to the following but not limited to.

Offensive / unpleasant language, images, descriptions or inferences

Illegal misuse of any kind, in any way

We reserve the right to remove and/or edit content at any time without notice if it is deemed to contravene these Terms or accepted social etiquette.

Random checks are done on web links listed on this site. Any broken links will result in the listing being removed without prior notice.

​Agreements between third parties:
InSync Business Connections will not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage in whatever manner, howsoever caused, resulting from an alliance or business agreement between you and a third party advertised on this site.

Our privacy policy:
All personal and business-related information supplied by you specifically to INSYNC BUSINESS CONNECTIONS will be at your discretion. We will not (knowingly) disclose your personal (undisclosed) information we collect, to third parties.

Members can edit their contact details in our Members directory listings at any time. We will be happy to assist with the removal of your membership and details from our website if terminating membership.

We use social media channels including, but not restricted to, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn to distribute news, announcements, promotions, articles and to advertise INSYNC BUSINESS CONNECTIONS.

We encourage you to read external social media privacy policies which relate to social media use and which are published by each respective social media organisation. We are not responsible to you for the information handling practices of social media.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are executed through Stripe. Your access to the site will be removed at the end of your contract period.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy:
Both the Client and InSync Business Connections have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. If cancelling a 6 Monthly/Yearly membership prior to the end of the contract period, you will be required to pay the balance of the full membership fee, if required.

Right to terminate:
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your membership, or the use of our services without notice, at our sole discretion, but we will terminate your membership if:

You breach these Terms;

We cannot verify or authenticate the registration information you provide;

We, decide that you have ceased to use your account (at our discretion)

We decide to cease providing our service.

Members may terminate their membership at any time by notifying INSYNC BUSINESS CONNECTIONS in writing.
Availability:
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within Australia. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of InSync Business Connections.
InSync Business Connections does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.
