Surya & Adam Harbour are the founders of Harbourside Glass & Maintenance Pty Ltd, they are family run & owned small business servicing Cairns & the greater FNQ region.
ABOUT HARBOURSIDE GLASS & MAINTENANCE
Hi I’m Surya, and together with my husband, Adam (Director) we founded Harbourside Glass & Maintenance Pty Ltd in February this year, specializing in glass & aluminium services.
Adam has 20 years of trade experience and 15 specialising in glass and aluminium he’s extremely good at what he does, however anything involving computers and paper work isn’t his forte. That’s where I came on board to manage the office and general running of the business, after 15+ years in the hospitality industry I have loved continuing my customer service through our own company.
We are a small team, currently with 1 full time apprentice.
We wanted to journey into business to create a legacy for our children, have a flexible lifestyle and saw that Cairns was screaming out for qualified tradesmen with so many businesses overloaded that its taking weeks to just get quotes out.
Our core services include glass replacement, security screens, windows & doors & aluminium slat privacy screens/gates/fences but we do so much more.
Mirrors, splashbacks, repair & replace sliding wheels, locks, fly mesh. Also able to do maintenance jobs where we have already collaborated with a few real estates being able to assist them with a wide variety of maintenance work as well as glass replacements.
ABOUT ADAM
Beginning his trades journey into building & construction at the age of 15. Adam is a "jack of all trades" with an array of skills. Adding expertise into many areas, Adam is a fully qualified, highly experienced glazier and installer. Adam loves to have a laugh and has a carefree but no bullshit attitude.
ABOUT SURYA
Wife & mum of two, Surya left her career as a barista/supervisor to establish Harbourside Glass & Maintenance with her husband, Adam. Surya takes on the administrative management roll.

We would love to collaborate with more local building companies, Real Estates and apartment buildings.
